This property is situated just one road back from the seafront parade in the East Sussex town of Eastbourne. The town became a popular resort in Victorian times and there is plenty to remind visitors of the town s past including the impressive pier which has been painstakingly restored following a fire in 2014. Not only does the pier offer a unique perspective of the sea and the beach but it is also home to a lovely tea room a jazz lounge and a nightclub. Asides from the beach which is manned by lifeguards in high-season there is plenty more to see and do in the area including Beachy Head a miniature steam railway a water sports centre and an impressive seafront fortress.
