This large country house is located close to the village of Sedlescombe in East Sussex set in the heart of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.This is a great property for those who like to explore the great outdoors with access to the owners 450 acres of woodland and orchards and a choice of footpaths for exploring the local area. Slightly further afield there are many pretty villages and interesting historic sites and properties including the imposing castle at Bodiam which is within a ten-minute drive of the property and the National Trust property of Batemans the former home of writer Rudyard Kipling. Enter the property into a large hall where you will find two downstairs bedrooms one double and one twin. Further along the hall is a lounge with wood burner comfy chairs a sofa and a TV.
