The living areas in this property consist of kitchen/diner with a Rangemaster with five-ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, two sitting rooms, both with woodburning stoves and TVs. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, two king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is allocated parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You’ll find a deli/butchers 500 metres up the road, shop in 3.6 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Brook House is a wonderfully positioned to explore all that Suffolk has to offer. Upstairs is the large king-size master bedroom, a further bathroom and a single bedroom with stowaway second bed. Outside is a large private garden with a patio and teak table and chairs. There are also acres of grounds to explore and access to a large network of footpaths and good local pubs if you fancy a drink. GROUND FLOOR A step up leads you into the main hallway. The ground floor of Stable Cottage is defined by the open plan living/dining/kitchen space which is airy and light. DOUBLE BEDROOM The ground floor double bedroom is stylish with vintage touches including a fantastic large feature mirror on the wall. SHOWER ROOM The shower room is modern and well appointed with a large walk-in shower, W.C. and hand-basin. A beautiful outdoor 14 metre by 6 metre heated swimming pool which you have unlimited access to (open 1 May - 30 September) and tennis court are available by arrangement with the owners, as well as livery for two horses by prior arrangement.

The approach to this self-catering Suffolk country holiday accommodation is along a lane, surrounded by hedges and trees, with occasional houses either side, once at the barn there is allocated parking in front of the courtyard of the barn for your car. Guests will enter this self-catering holiday accommodation into a hallway/boot room with the ground floor twin bedroom door ahead of you, and its en-suite bathroom, the left is the ground floor W.C. but the main treat lies to the right. Here you will enter a striking space, the full height of the barn and laid out before you are the contemporary kitchen, sitting and dining areas, an open mezzanine providing additional sitting area overlooking the living space which features an upright piano. Beyond this, there is a ground floor bedroom suite with a king size bed and en-suite shower room and up a cleverly designed set of stairs you pass an eye catching panoramic view on your way to the first floor master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom beyond.
